Job summary

Trócaire Head Office, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, is seeking a Global Employee Experience Manager to join the People and Culture team on a Specified Purpose Contract of approximately one year.

You will shape and deliver a global employee experience strategy that strengthens engagement, culture, connection and performance across the organisation. You will work closely with senior leaders, manage a small team, and report to the Director of People and Culture.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in employee experience, engagement, reward and HRIS systems.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into global initiatives.
• Experience shaping organisational culture across cultures and teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver a global employee experience strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive engagement, culture and performance.
• Manage a small team of two professionals, reporting to the Director of People and Culture.
• Lead on global initiatives and ensure successful delivery within a defined term.
