Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Principal Dynamics 365 CE Architect to own the end-to-end architecture of a global CRM platform from Dublin (Hybrid). The role involves setting standards, guiding hands-on architectural decisions, and shaping the platform as it scales for commercial teams, providers, and patients.

You will drive across ERP integrations, Power Platform capabilities, and secure design patterns, while mentoring the engineering team in a fast-transforming, regulated healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and scaling global Dynamics 365 CE environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Cloud Flows.
• Experience integrating D365 with SAP and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end D365 CE architecture across global deployment.
• Define configuration vs custom development criteria (Power Platform vs plugins).
• Design secure, observable integration between D365 CE, SAP, and cloud services.
• Embed resiliency, performance, DR, data protection, and enterprise access controls in designs.
• Lead engineering teams with reviews, mentoring, and prototyping.
