Job summary

Uniphar seeks a Principal Dynamics 365 CE Architect to own the architecture of our global CRM. This hands-on leader will define the end-to-end design for the Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, balancing business needs with long-term maintainability.

Working in an Agile, product-based delivery model, you will lead a high-performing team, drive architectural direction, and oversee secure, scalable integrations across Azure, SAP, and Microsoft 365 for patients and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Deep, enterprise-scale experience architecting Dynamics 365 CE solutions with Power Platform.
• Strong non-functional design focus: resiliency, performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM architecture for Dynamics 365 CE across global scale.
• Define target architecture, design principles and standards for CRM.
• Lead architecture reviews, ensure governance and maintainability.
• Design for resiliency, scalability, performance and disaster recovery.
• Lead integration design with Azure, SAP, Microsoft 365 and third-party SaaS.
• Mentor and develop CRM team; drive architectural excellence and code reviews.
