Job summary

Uniphar Group is pursuing a multi-year transformation and seeks a Principal Dynamics 365 CE Architect to own the architecture of its global CRM. This role will shape the end-to-end design from vision through delivered solutions, ensuring scalability and security across the enterprise.

Building on our greenfield Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform, you will combine hands-on CE and Power Platform expertise with architectural judgment to drive resiliency, performance, and secure integrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience architecting Dynamics 365 CE at enterprise scale.
• Strong in Power Platform and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and leadership in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM architecture for Dynamics 365 CE across global scale.
• Define target architecture and standards.
• Lead and mentor CRM development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owner to roadmap.
