Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to own the architecture of a global Dynamics 365 CE CRM solution, expanding a greenfield platform into an enterprise-wide system of engagement for customers and patients.

The role demands hands-on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform expertise, with architectural judgement for resiliency, performance, integration and security at scale. Agile, product-based delivery and leadership of a development team are key components.

Qualifications

Deep, enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE architecture experience.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end CRM architecture for Dynamics 365 CE global solution.
Define target architecture, principles and standards.
Act as design authority and review solution designs for architectural integrity.
Balance business needs, cost, time-to-value and maintainability in decisions.
Hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform to prototype designs.
Design for resiliency, scalability, performance and disaster recovery.
Incorporate security, data protection and governance by design.
Design robust integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and Azure, SAP, Microsoft 365, and SaaS.
Decide where to apply low-code vs coded solutions and promote re-use of components.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and set quality standards within the team.
Collaborate in Agile product delivery and shape CRM roadmap with Product Owner.
Engage with stakeholders and communicate architectural options clearly.
