Job summary

Uniphar is embarking on a multi-year transformation and seeks a Principal Dynamics 365 CE Architect to own the architecture of the global CRM, building on a greenfield Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform. The role combines hands-on D365 CE and Power Platform expertise with architectural judgement to design for resiliency, security and scalable integrations, in an Agile, product-based environment.

You will lead a high-performing team, set technical direction and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Deep, enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE experience.
• Hands-on Power Platform expertise and architectural leadership.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable integrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of the D365 CE CRM solution from vision to delivered design.
• Define target architecture, standards and governance for the CRM platform.
• Act as design authority and review solution designs for architectural integrity.
• Balance business needs with cost, time-to-value and maintainability.
• Lead hands-on design and prototyping in D365 CE and Power Platform.
• Design for resiliency, performance, security and disaster recovery; ensure NFRs.
