Job summary

Designer Group is seeking a skilled Document Control Manager to lead and develop the document control function across multiple projects in Ireland and internationally. You will establish standards, governance and best practices for controlled information and ensure accurate distribution and handover of documents throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Document Control in complex/multi-project environments.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor Document Controllers across locations.
• Strong knowledge of document control processes, revisions, and data governance.
• Experience with EDMS platforms such as Viewpoint, Aconex or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Document Control function across projects, establishing standards, procedures and ways of working.
• Develop and maintain company-wide document control procedures, templates, registers and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and contractual obligations.
• Oversee EDMS usage and document management across project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and escalation support to project teams and ensure timely information flow.
