Job summary

Designer Group is recruiting a Document Control Manager to lead the document control function across our projects in Ireland and beyond. Based at the Dublin Head Office, you'll establish standards, govern processes and ensure accurate information management throughout the project lifecycle.

You will guide a team of Document Controllers, work with Project Management, Engineering and clients, and implement EDMS platforms like Viewpoint, Aconex and Field View to improve governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Document Control in the construction/M&E sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing Document Control teams across projects.
• Strong knowledge of EDMS and project information management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Document Control function across Designer Group projects, establishing consistent standards and workflows.
• Develop and maintain company-wide document control procedures and templates.
• Ensure project document control processes comply with client standards and contractual obligations.
• Oversee EDMS systems and document numbering protocols.
• Mentor Document Controllers across multiple projects and locations.
• Support project mobilisation and handover activities.
• Provide regular reporting on document control performance.
