Job summary

Designer Group in Dublin—head office—with project/site support, is seeking an experienced Document Control Manager. This role leads the document control function across projects, establishing standards, governance and effective information management throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead and mentor the Document Control team, collaborating with Project Management, Engineering, Design, Quality and Commercial teams. Expertise in Viewpoint/Aconex/BIW Field View is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Document Control within construction, engineering or M&E sectors.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor Document Control teams across multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of EDMS platforms and document control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Document Control function across projects, establishing standards and procedures.
• Develop and maintain document control templates, registers and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and contractual obligations.
• Oversee mobilisation and handover documentation, including O&M manuals and as-built records.
• Provide guidance to project teams and escalate issues as needed.
• Report on document control performance and compliance.
