Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Global Accounts Payable Senior Analyst to support the AP function during transformation and process enhancements. You will partner with on-shore and off-shore teams, Procurement Operations, Treasury, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient AP processing and drive improvements across the P2P process.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience in a shared services or outsourced service delivery environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support daily global AP operations and liaise with the AP BPO provider.
• Monitor AP workflows and resolve invoice processing, payment, supplier and accounting issues.
• Support management of AP SLAs and KPIs.
• Investigate invoice exceptions, blocked invoices, duplicate payments and aging items.
• Assist in improving S2P processes and maintain AP documentation.
