Flutter Entertainment is seeking a Project Manager to support the Head of Cyber Operations & Delivery in portfolio management, project management and business operations. The role will ensure timely delivery of Flutter's cybersecurity initiatives across Dublin, Leeds and Porto.

The successful candidate will coordinate with security and technology professionals, design clear project plans, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial experience in project management in tech/finance or related fields.
• Experience in security or technology sectors is preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across global locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to standardized project management methodologies and partner engagement models.
• Lead project design and translate requirements into clear project plans.
• Deliver key cybersecurity projects across multiple workstreams with global collaboration.
• Establish project plans, manage schedules, risks, dependencies and benefits.
• Collaborate with Cyber Operations & Delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Proactively communicate progress and mitigate delivery challenges.
• Define objectives and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Support business planning and track Objectives and Key Results.
