Job summary

This is Catapult is a Global Experience Agency seeking a Project Manager to join our production team in Dublin. The PM will run the project workflow, support the team in planning, resourcing, scoping, and advancing production.

It requires forensic organisation, calm coordination, and the discipline to hold many moving parts as the project unfolds. We are looking for hands-on leaders with 3+ years in project operations on live events and large accounts, strong scheduling and risk management

Qualifications

• 3+ years running project operations in events, experience, or comparable delivery.
• Has held the operational roles on large or account-based live projects.
• Fluent in scheduling, resourcing, print management, and risk / H&S.
• Keeps complex projects on plan, on cadence, and fully documented.
• Tracks budget, holding the project to time and return.
• Accurate, timely client communication and reporting.
• The dependable centre the project team relies on.

Responsibilities
