JobCubby in Ireland seeks a Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) to own the mobile experience of a digital retail platform. You will build Flutter modules in Add-to-App architecture, enabling seamless Dart-native communication with Android/iOS SDKs and hardware integrations.

Work within an international, fully remote team, collaborating with Product and Backend to deliver offline-first, high-performance apps spanning POS, billing, inventory, banking, and AI-powered assistance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• 3+ years of deep, hands-on Flutter development.
• Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin/Android or Swift/iOS).
• Experience integrating with external hardware and native SDKs.
• Strong REST API integration and local database knowledge (SQLite).
• Experience building offline-first mobile apps and handling intermittent connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the mobile experience for a mission-critical digital retail platform.
• Build and maintain Flutter modules using Add-to-App architecture.
• Develop native integrations with payment terminals, printers, barcode scanners, and other hardware.
• Integrate mobile with backend microservices via REST APIs.
• Deliver features across POS, billing, inventory, and AI-powered assistance.
