Job summary

EyeSpy Recruitment - iGaming Specialists is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery across our global B2B client's Ecosystem, coordinating product, design and engineering to ensure a simple, intuitive, and fun user journey. You will act as the connective bridge and bring visibility, structure and accountability to a large portfolio of projects.

The role emphasizes delivery focus, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch tracking, with experience in iGaming or similar fast-moving consumer tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/delivery management experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle from concept to release.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional, technical projects across product, design and engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of features and improvements (concept → execution → go-live).
• Coordinate complex, multi-workstream projects across product, design, business analysis, and engineering.
• Translate product concepts and designs into clear plans, scope, and delivery estimates.
• Own timelines, dependencies, and risks; surface blockers early and mitigate delivery risks.
• Maintain visibility across a large portfolio of projects with simple status reporting.
• Keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication, walkthroughs and demos.
• Drive process improvements and delivery efficiencies across the team.
• Support post-launch tracking of delivery outcomes.
• Act as main point of contact for projects across the business and with B2B clients.

Job description

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead delivery across our global B2B client's Ecosystem - the team responsible for every interaction players enjoy outside their games, and the parts that connect them to wider ecosystem inside the games. It's this team's job to make sure every part of the journey is simple, intuitive, and, most importantly, fun.

This is a delivery and facilitation role where in you'll be the connective bridge between product, design, and engineering. You will be bringing visibility, structure, and accountability to a large, fast-moving portfolio of projects.

We're particularly interested in individuals who stand out, whether through experience in iGaming, large-scale consumer products, global tech companies, or exceptional personal achievements.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of features and improvements (concept → execution → go-live)
• Coordinate complex, multi-workstream projects across product, design, business analysis, and engineering
• Translate product concepts and designs into clear plans, scope, and realistic delivery estimates
• Own timelines, dependencies, and risks - surfacing blockers early and developing mitigation plans to de-risk delivery
• Maintain clear visibility across a large, concurrent portfolio of projects (from single-week efforts to 12-month programs), with simple, digestible status reporting stakeholders can act on at a glance
• Keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication, walkthroughs, and demos across the project lifecycle
• Drive process improvements and delivery efficiencies across the team
• Support post-launch tracking of delivery outcomes
• Act as the main point of contact for your projects across the business, and with B2B clients where relevant

What we ask of you

• 5+ years of project / delivery management experience, ideally in digital product or software delivery
• Strong, working understanding of the full software development lifecycle - from concept and ideation through product shaping, development, and release
• Proven track record managing cross-functional, technical projects across product, design, and engineering
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment, managing many concurrent projects of varying scale
