Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for Currency Management within Supply Chain Finance. This role leads a global team, identifies and manages foreign currency exposures, and drives centralized forecasting, hedging, and reporting across the organization.

The role focuses on establishing end-to-end processes for hedge placement with third-party providers, developing replacement analytics capabilities, and delivering insights to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance; Master’s or professional qualification preferred (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Minimum 7 years of finance, accounting or related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to develop others and remove barriers to success.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complexity into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and business partnering across levels of management.
• Confident presenting to senior management and guiding decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a global team of three finance professionals.
• Be the first point of contact for currency-related topics across DePuy Synthes.
• Manage foreign currency exposures, centralized forecasting and balance sheet hedging.
• Ensure hedge and inventory accounting compliant with US GAAP and procedures.
• Lead analysis, reporting and communications of currency impacts across P&L lines.
• Provide currency analytics and recommendations to DSPO, FP&A, Treasury and senior management.
• Lead currency/hedge reviews with partners and develop training materials.
• Design, build, test and deploy a replacement tool for currency calculations and hedging.
• Drive automation and analytics using Power BI and Alteryx.
• Collaborate with DSPO, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Technology, and Project Osprey teams.
