Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, TCI Currency Analytics, to manage currency impacts across DePuy Synthes’ global finance footprint. The role sits within Currency Management and collaborates with FP&A, Global Treasury, and DS Fintech to standardize forecasting, reporting and tools.

You will drive hedging insights, lead automation of currency calculations, and support scale-up as DePuy Synthes becomes standalone. Strong communication and virtual teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Economics with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Alteryx is required; Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications are preferred.
• Solid grasp of hedging principles, hedge accounting and inventory accounting.
• Supply chain experience preferred.
• Candidate must possess excellent communication and business partnering skills in a virtual environment.
• Highly motivated with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and leadership.
• Can-do mentality with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop a standalone Transactional Currency Impact (TCI) File process for DePuy Synthes using existing DSPO systems and data.
• Coordinate, prepare, and consolidate currency impacts for budget updates and actuals.
• Lead trainings to educate partners about currency and hedging; maintain materials.
• Deliver currency forecasting analysis; quantify risks and opportunities for DSPO, FP&A, and senior management.
• Be the business owner of the automated calculation solution; implement standard processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners; collaborate to drive value and targets.
• Support development of a currency ledger solution within DPS Finance (DFIN) for DePuy Synthes.
