Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is establishing a standalone Currency Management function within DePuy Synthes operations, leading a global team across exposure identification, hedge submission, and reporting. The role focuses on stand-up, controls, and continuous improvement before and after separation.

You will drive end-to-end processes, analytics and strategic insights to support currency decisions, partnering with DSPO, Treasury and FP&A in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance required.
MBA or recognized financial qualification preferred (ACCA/CIMA).
7+ years in finance, accounting or related role with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

Lead Currency Management team and stand up operating model.
Identify and manage foreign currency exposures and hedging processes.
Ensure hedge and inventory accounting aligns with US GAAP and procedures.
Provide analytics, forecasts and reporting to senior management.
Develop replacement tooling for currency calculations and analytics.
