Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Supply Chain Finance to lead currency management, hedging, forecasting, and reporting across DePuy Synthes Principal Operations during the standalone phase. You will build end-to-end processes, stand up the Currency Management team, and ensure continuity post-separation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance; Master’s or professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of finance, accounting or related business experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a global team of finance professionals.
• Identify, forecast and manage foreign currency exposures and hedging strategies.
• Lead the development and deployment of replacement currency calculation tools; drive automation with Power BI and Alteryx.
• Collaborate with DSPO, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Technology and Project Osprey to ensure continuity through separation.
