Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit in Loughbeg, Ringaskiddy, Ireland, is seeking a Lead Analyst, TCI Currency Analytics, to join the Currency Management team. This role will drive currency analysis and hedging support across the global organization.

You will partner with FP&A, Global Treasury, and the DS Fintech group to standardize forecasting, reporting and tools, influencing senior management on currency risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Economics with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Alteryx is required; Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications are preferred.
• Solid grasp of hedging principles, hedge accounting and inventory accounting.
• Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills; able to work virtually.

Responsibilities

• Development of a standalone Transactional Currency Impact (TCI) File process for DePuy Synthes.
• Coordinate timely preparation and consolidation of currency impacts for budget updates and actuals.
• Lead trainings to educate partners about currency and hedging and maintain materials.
• Deliver currency forecasting analyses and quantify risks and opportunities.
• Be the business owner of the automated calculation solution.
• Implement standard processes and leverage tools to drive efficiencies.
• Maintain relationships with business partners and foster collaboration.
• Support currency ledger development within DPS Finance (DFIN) for DePuy Synthes.
