Job summary

Phorest is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative to lead how our brand looks, sounds, and feels worldwide. You will guide a multidisciplinary studio—design, copy, motion, video—and partner with external agencies to deliver world‑class creative across channels while upholding Phorest’s premium identity.

You will shape strategy, build scalable design systems, and drive campaigns from concept to launch, balancing bold creative with practical execution and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping, evolving, and protecting visual identity for a global brand.
• Proven ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand coherence.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative roadmap for Phorest globally from briefs to delivery.
• Evolve and safeguard visual identity and verbal expression across markets.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary studio including internal teams and external agencies.
• Set high creative standards across digital, print, motion, and live events.
• Build scalable design systems, templates, and playbooks for wide teams.
• Measure and improve creative effectiveness with data and stakeholder input.
• Explore and embed responsible AI in creative production while maintaining brand integrity.
