Phorest is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative who will shape how our brand looks and sounds across global markets. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary studio, collaborate with external partners, and elevate our visual identity, motion, and verbal expression to keep Phorest distinctive and relevant.

Based in Ireland with international scope, you will partner with product, marketing, and leadership to drive premium creative delivery, adopt responsible AI, and build scalable design systems that empower

Qualifications

• Proven experience shaping, evolving, and protecting the visual identity of a global B2B or SaaS brand.
• Track record of challenging generic work and pushing creative boundaries with strong brand judgment.
• Deep expertise across art direction, visual design, copy, video, motion, and digital experiences.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing agency partnerships.
• Ability to influence campaign strategy early and align with stakeholders.
• Experience building reusable design systems and scalable assets.
• Hands-on experience with industry-leading design software and curiosity about AI in workflows.
• Empathy for premium salon, spa, and aesthetic clinic segments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative roadmap for Phorest globally and translate strategy into campaigns.
• Evolve and safeguard Phorest’s visual identity and verbal expression across markets.
• Lead bold storytelling for major briefs, product launches, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary studio team and manage external partners.
• Build scalable design systems, templates, and playbooks for consistent delivery.
• Measure and improve creative impact using data and audience insights.
• Explore responsible AI integration to streamline workflows while maintaining quality.
