Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland is seeking an Associate Director for GSC Decision Intelligence Lead to design, deliver, and adopt decision intelligence capabilities across supply chain functions.

You will partner with AI, data, and process teams to translate complex business decisions into actionable models, governance, and adoption plans, driving faster, more transparent decision making for priority programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field; masters preferred.
• Experience applying analytics, decision support, and optimization to supply chain problems.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear decisions, actions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop the GSC Decision Intelligence roadmap for assigned programs.
• Model prioritized, repeatable decisions with inputs, owners, and rules.
• Collaborate with IT/Digital and business SMEs to translate needs into requirements and workflows.
• Monitor KPIs for decision quality, adoption, and outcomes.
