Job summary

Barden are partnering with a leading Irish brand to hire a Finance Business Partner in Cork. The role focuses on delivering high-quality management information, supporting strategic planning and providing insightful commentary to drive commercial decisions.

You will prepare budgets, quarterly forecasts, analyse performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise income and efficiency. A qualified accountant with PQE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5 years post qualified experience.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude.
• Excellent people skills and ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail driven with drive for systems and process improvements.
• Motivated self-starter who works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning on short, medium and long-term objectives.
• Analyse business performance with insights, commentary and recommendations to non-finance.
• Prepare, review and present annual budgets and quarterly forecasts to senior management.
• Participate in group-wide projects and liaise with cross-functional departments.
• Drive initiatives to promote income generation.
