Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking a qualified ACA with 3–7 years experience to join as a senior accounting advisory professional in Ireland. You’ll work on high-impact projects beyond the traditional audit path and lead carve-outs and integrations for acquisitions.

You'll act as a subject matter expert for accounting operations and financial reporting, prepare IFRS and US GAAP disclosures, research new standards, and drive business development with senior stakeholders in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Recently ACA qualified from a Big 4 firm in Audit or Accounting Advisory.
• 3–7 years’ experience in audit, advisory, or accounting.
• Big 4 experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead carve-outs and integrations for newly acquired entities.
• Act as a subject matter expert in accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare financial and regulatory disclosures under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Research and implement new accounting standards.
• Contribute to business development using your network and interpersonal skills.
