Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Control Tower Operations for Global Transportation & Trade Operations. The role may be located in Cork, Ireland or Leeds, UK and is posted across multiple countries to align with local requirements.

You will manage the global 4PL Control Tower, drive operational performance, and ensure consistent transportation execution across Air, Ocean, Ground, Parcel and Customs Brokerage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field required.
• 7+ years in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or trade operations.
• Experience with 4PL Control Tower, 3PL management, and global/matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage global 4PL Control Tower provider to drive performance and governance.
• Deploy Control Tower capabilities across regions and units.
• Oversee shipment visibility, exception management, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and Compliance.
• Develop and implement standardized transportation execution and trade operations.
