Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Control Tower Operations for its DePuy Synthes unit. The role will drive global Control Tower deployment across Air, Ocean, Ground, and parcel transportation with an emphasis on governance, visibility, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, work with Procurement, IT and Compliance, and manage 4PL/3PL partnerships to optimize costs and service levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
7+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, trade operations or related areas.
Experience with 4PL Control Tower operations and 3PL management.

Responsibilities

Manage global 4PL Control Tower provider to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Lead deployment and adoption of Control Tower capabilities across regions and units.
Oversee shipment visibility, exception management, and reporting.
Ensure operations align with planning, financial controls, and customs requirements.
Lead and develop a cross-functional team.
