Job summary

Web Summit is seeking an operational contracts and compliance professional within its Legal team. The role focuses on employment contracts, contractor and EOR documentation, and lifecycle records, working with Legal, People Operations, Recruitment and Finance to issue correct documents and ensure approvals.

You will maintain registers, support onboarding/offboarding, and drive process improvements across multiple markets including Ireland, the UK, Portugal, Canada, Brazil and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations, contracts admin or legal operations.
• Experience with employee lifecycle administration.
• Proven ability to manage data, trackers, and audit-ready records.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end workflow for employment contracts, contractor agreements and EOR docs.
• Prepare documents using templates, check info, coordinate approvals, issue via DocuSign.
• Ensure correct entity, jurisdiction, salary, language and expiry in docs.
• Maintain registers for contractors, EOR workers and international hires.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding documentation and attestations.
• Provide instructions for external employment counsel and track advice points.
• Identify gaps and improve workflows and controls.
• Collaborate across Ireland, UK, Portugal, Canada, Brazil, Qatar and other markets.
