Job summary

Deel is hiring to own the end-to-end management of standard client escalations and transform ad-hoc issues into structured projects within our Workbench and Jira environment. You will define success criteria, track SLAs, and run cross-functional meetings to ensure accountability.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence peers across functions and manage multiple complex workstreams under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or incident/escalation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams under pressure.
• Solid understanding of Global Payroll, Compliance, Integrations, Fintech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Escalations: Own end-to-end management of standard client escalations, turning ad-hoc issues into structured projects.
• Project Management: Define success criteria and track SLA adherence; run cross-functional meetings.
• Risk: Identify risks that delay resolutions and share daily updates with all stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Conduct RCAs post-resolution to drive preventative measures.
