Job summary

Life Science Recruitment is seeking an experienced Distributor/Channel Manager for Dublin-based growth in the research reagents market. You'll manage existing distributors, recruit new partners, and coordinate training, events, and promotions to drive revenue across regions.

Travel internationally and work hybrid from Dublin is expected. The role emphasises strategic planning, partner relations, and pipeline visibility, with a competitive base salary and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in channel/distributor management or equivalent.
• Life-science degree or strong scientific literacy.
• Experience growing revenue via distributors and onboarding partners.
• Willing to travel internationally and work remotely with limited supervision.
• CRM and pipeline reporting proficiency.
• Existing regional network knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow distributor channel revenue in line with company targets.
• Expand into new markets by recruiting and onboarding partners.
• Deliver distributor product training and joint customer visits.
• Coordinate trade shows, webinars, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Manage distributor pricing, discounts, and contracts.
• Lead DDR and monitor channel pipeline to close deals.
• Maintain distributor revenue forecasts for leadership.
