Flutter Entertainment is seeking a Change Manager to support the final year of a global finance transformation. The role focuses on developing and delivering change activities to prepare our people for the programme, ensuring adoption and readiness across functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale change across complex, global organisations (ideally finance).
• Apply established methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR.
• Analyse and present complex data clearly to stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Build strong relationships across a matrix organisation and influence at all levels.
• Apply project management, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive workstreams.
• Stay organised and detail-oriented using tools like MS Office/PowerPoint.
• Experience of org design and people-related transformation with a professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption.
• Lead training and knowledge transfer plans for workstreams and review deliverables with Org & People Change Lead.
• Design and support training programmes aligned to project timelines and business capacity.
• Support impact assessments to identify changes to roles, org design and operating model.
• Guide stakeholders through change and mitigate resistance to maintain a positive environment.
• Collaborate with the readiness team to align workstreams and assessments.
• Track and report change activities, risks and adoption; manage post-implementation interventions.
