Job summary

CAE Parc Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join the Borescope Inspection Services Department in Ireland. You will support Borescope Inspectors on FAA/EASA approved inspections worldwide, reporting to the 145 Department Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance/Production Coordinator in an aviation environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with maintenance data and work packages.
• Comfortable making decisions and working independently remotely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aviation safety focus and follow MOE.
• Communicate with clients to process initial requests.
• Generate and approve work packages based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for inspectors.
• Coordinate inspections with on-site reps and certifying staff, ensuring clear client communication.
• Review returned work packages.
• Archive project documentation.
• Develop professional relationships with authorities and clients.
• Contribute to organisational development.
• Assist invoicing and payroll processes.
