Job summary

CAE Parc Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for our Borescope Inspection Services Department. You will support Borescope Inspectors by coordinating inspections worldwide, processing client requests, and ensuring aviation safety and compliance throughout the service cycle.

The role requires prior experience as a Maintenance/Production Coordinator in an airline or aircraft maintenance environment. Working hours typically follow a 4 on 4 off shift (08:00–20:00) with some remote duties

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Maintenance/Production Coordinator role within an aircraft or aircraft component maintenance environment
  • Capacity to multi-task and adapt in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • As a portion of the role’s duties will be carried out remotely, comfortable making decisions and working independently

Responsibilities

  • Maintain aviation safety and team collaboration per MOE
  • Process initial client requests and generate work packages
  • Coordinate inspections with on-site reps and certifying staff and ensure clear client communication
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for inspectors with our travel partner
  • Archive project documentation and review returning work packages
  • Develop and maintain relationships with authorities, clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the organisation’s development
