Job summary

NX GROUP (NIPPON EXPRESS GROUP) in Dublin is seeking an Air Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end export shipments, coordinate airline bookings, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous Air Freight operations experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with AS400 and Thyme IT is a plus but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export processes including collections, airline bookings, and final delivery arrangements.
• Act as a key contact for some of our largest Key Accounts.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including AWBs, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Arranging collections from customers and deliveries to airline.
• Booking flights with airlines.
• Finalising Consolidations.
• Coordinate customs clearances, with knowledge of IPRs, SIEL/OIEL licenses, and Carnet procedures.
• Finalise consolidations and conduct post-flight checks.
• Closing of files, completing invoicing on job level.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry using in-house systems and office software.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with team members and escalated issues to the senior management as required.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned by management.
