Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Affiliate Manager based in Ireland. You will own the full affiliate lifecycle, recruit and onboard partners, and negotiate commercial terms across international markets.

Using data analytics to optimize campaigns, monitor traffic quality, and drive ROI, you will collaborate with global stakeholders in a fast-growing iGaming tech environment. The role offers fully remote work and clear progression.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in affiliate marketing, ideally iGaming.
• Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 iGaming markets.
• Proven ability to recruit and scale affiliate partnerships.
• Strong English, with ability to negotiate terms.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing affiliate budgets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships across international markets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and networks.
• Negotiate terms and optimize commission structures.
• Monitor traffic quality and campaign KPIs.
• Analyze performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Oversee budgets and ROI of affiliate campaigns.
