Job summary

Rippling is building a world-class Sales Development team and is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead, coach, and scale SDRs globally. The role blends coaching with strategic collaboration across Marketing and Sales to drive demand and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
Proven track record in SaaS sales with closing ability.

Responsibilities

Spearhead and inspire a diverse SDR team with focus on skill-building and growth.
Pipeline growth through collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
Use data to identify trends and drive performance, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
Provide individualized coaching to help SDRs excel and engage prospects.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align SDR strategies with business goals.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure messaging alignment.
Recruit, onboard, and nurture new SDR talent within an inclusive culture.
Set clear expectations and track progress to exceed goals.
