Abnormal AI is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business in our assigned territory. You will engage via outbound calls and emails, identify client needs, and propose Abnormal AI solutions.

You will collaborate with a distributed sales team and leverage AI tools to sharpen prospecting and engagement. Language and soft skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ year proven work experience as a Business Development Rep.
• Fluency in German.
• Representative or similar role experience is welcome.
• Able to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
• Understanding customer pain points and mapping to value.
• Strong professional communication in writing, speaking and presenting.
• Capable of managing multiple requests to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Lead with sales planning and motivate internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Collaborate across sales teams to close deals.
• Act as SME on Abnormal AI product offerings.
