Job summary

Abnormal AI is seeking ambitious Business Development Representatives to drive new business in assigned territories, initiating contact with potential clients through outbound calls and emails, and identifying client needs to suggest Abnormal AI products.

You will work with cross-functional teams, aim to exceed targets, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and leverage AI tools to sharpen prospecting and engage C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ months to 1+ years of proven BDR experience.
• Fluency in French.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple requests and meet targets.
• Experience with AI tools in outreach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Exercise leadership, demonstrate effective sales planning, and work in a positive and motivating way with internal counterparts and external customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Effectively partner and work across sales teams.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Abnormal AI product offering.
