Job summary

Abnormal Security is hiring an ambitious Sales Development Representative in Ireland. You will initiate contact with prospective accounts, qualify leads, and drive inbound and outbound outreach.

Fluency in German and strong communication are essential as you’ll engage with stakeholders across medium to large organizations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, align with sales teams, and leverage AI tools to tailor prospecting strategies while meeting aggressive monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
• 6 months - 1+ years proven work experience as a Business Development Rep/Representative or similar role.
• Fluency in German.
• Ability to understand customer pain points and connect them to value.
• Drive, grit, and team-oriented mindset; strong desire to win.
• Collaborate with a distributed sales team and leverage AI in prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest Abnormal AI product offerings.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Exhibit leadership and effective sales planning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Partner across sales teams and act as subject matter expert on Abnormal AI.
