Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. You will make outbound calls to existing customers, guide them through the renewals cycle, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced AI and SaaS sales environment.

Responsibilities include leveraging CRM tools to manage renewal forecasts, collaborating with teammates, and consistently meeting sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• English & German at C1 level.
• High-energy, goal-oriented team player.
• Familiarity with SaaS products or cloud-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and guide them through the renewal process.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions to drive renewals and upsells.
• Minimize churn by proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Use CRM analytics to manage renewal forecasts and track metrics.
• Document customer interactions and pipeline activity in a CRM.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
