Job summary

Trustpilot in Hamburg seeks an Account Manager for the DACH market. You will own your book of business, drive renewals, and expand accounts by identifying customer goals and aligning them with Trustpilot value. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success to ensure adoption and measurable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, renewals or a similar SaaS role.
• Strong ability to link product value to customer outcomes.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own your Book of Business and expand revenue; take ownership of numbers.
• Identify Customers Goals and Drivers; set up joint goals and KPIs.
• Understand customers' goals and challenges.
• Own the end-to-end renewal process; deliver high GRR.
• Drive portfolio expansion through upsell and cross-sell; improve NRR.
• Build and maintain detailed account plans, stakeholder maps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Lead commercial conversations, including business reviews and contract discussions.
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product on value realization and feedback loops.
• Ensure accurate data, forecasting discipline, and pipeline visibility.
