Job summary

Docusign in Ireland is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive outbound growth and build a high-value pipeline across the DACH region, collaborating with a small team of Account Executives.

You will craft multi-channel campaigns, engage key decision-makers, and map complex environments to customer strategies. This individual contributor role reports to the Manager, Market Development (DACH).

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve opportunity creation and pipeline targets across target accounts.
• Partner with 3-4 Account Executives to prioritise accounts and execute outbound plans.
• Spend majority of time contacting prospective businesses via cold calls, emails, and content.
• Educate potential customers on Docusign platform offerings and business context.
• Conduct targeted research on decision-makers to deliver high-impact outreach.
• Provide qualified leads and schedule initial liaison meetings for Account Executives.
• Accurately record prospect information and update pipeline in Salesforce.
