Job summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Docusign will make outbound calls to potential clients in the DACH market, qualifying interest and aligning offerings with customer needs.

You will be trained in strategic selling, work on the go-to-market team, and report to the Manager, Sales Development Representatives (DACH). Fluency in German and English is required, with strong communication skills and a track record in outbound sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spend substantial time on the phone identifying prospective businesses and educating them about Docusign offerings.
• Qualify leads and schedule initial liaison with Account Executives.
• Use targeted questions to understand client business strategy and needs.
• Provide qualified, insightful leads to the CRM for follow-up by Account Executives.
