Job summary

MarketStar is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Polish Bilingual) to support education customers across the EMEA region. This onsite role in Leopardstown, Dublin 18 focuses on outbound prospecting, discovery, and pipeline generation for schools, colleges, and universities.

You will build opportunities, demonstrate solutions, and drive revenue while collaborating with partners and internal teams. The position offers a strong compensation package and growth opportunities within MarketStar.

Qualifications

• Polish language fluency and English proficiency.
• 1+ year in business development, inside sales, or related roles.
• Experience with outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or revenue targets.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• CRM experience and productivity tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage schools, colleges, universities, and other education institutions across assigned EMEA markets.
• Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and needs.
• Deliver tailored solution presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify new business, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and advance opportunities.
• Meet activity, pipeline, and revenue targets; manage forecasting in CRM.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and channel partners.
• Share customer insights and market feedback with product teams.
• Participate in business reviews and pipeline discussions with leadership.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and education technology.
