David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative to support a leading technology provider’s Education business across the EMEA region. The role is based in Dublin and focuses on new business development, outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for educational institutions.

You will engage schools and universities, conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored demos, and build a robust pipeline while meeting activity and revenue targets in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Fluency in German and English.
• 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Account Management or New Business Sales.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and generating qualified sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Mansioni

• Prospect and engage schools, colleges, universities and other educational organisations across assigned EMEA markets.
• Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn and other engagement channels.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business objectives and technology requirements.
• Deliver tailored solution presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, progressing opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, customer engagement and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and forecasts within CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, channel partners and client teams.
• Share customer insights, market intelligence, competitor information and product feedback with internal teams.
• Participate in business reviews and pipeline discussions with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital transformation and the education technology landscape.
