Job summary

Accenture PLC in Ireland is recruiting a Partner Manager to drive the rollout of a Pinterest-based digital marketing solution across EU markets. You will identify potential partner businesses, pitch the value, and set advertisers up for success before handing off to account management.

You will build long-term relationships, educate advertisers on strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly KPIs and ROAS goals.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a target-driven, customer-facing role (sales preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
• Ability to use analytics to solve business problems.
• Experience training advertisers on solutions and campaign optimisation.
• Ability to articulate value and overcome objections to achieve advertisers goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential partner businesses that can benefit from Pinterest’s proposition.
• Set advertisers up for success before passing to Account Management.
• Collaborate with brands already advertising to co-create marketing plans.
• Develop deep understanding of partners' goals to provide educated insights.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Work toward quarterly KPIs and sales targets.
• Share knowledge with the wider sales team to improve practices.
