Job summary

Accenture PLC is hiring a Partner Manager to drive the rollout of a digital marketing solution with Pinterest across EU markets. You will support new clients from the outset, educate advertisers, and help define effective campaigns to achieve goals.

You will join a high-performing Pinterest team within a major global services firm, fostering a diverse and celebratory culture while delivering value to partners and clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of target-driven, customer-facing work (sales preferred).
• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics: CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS.
• Experience using analytical approaches to solving business problems.
• Ability to train advertisers on solutions including how to create and optimise campaigns.
• Ability to understand customer objections by crafting a compelling marketing plan for Pinterest.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain current knowledge of client products and services.
• Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovation and emerging technology.
• Proven experience working toward quarterly KPI goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research and contact potential new partner businesses for Pinterest's value proposition.
• Set up advertisers for success before passing to Account management for scaling.
• Collaborate with brands to understand strategic goals and co-create marketing plans.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients as the primary contact.
• Work toward fixed KPIs and a quarterly sales target.
• Share knowledge with the wider sales team to improve performance.
