Job summary

Cpl is recruiting a German-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) for our Dublin team. You will be the first point of contact in the sales cycle, identifying high-potential companies and partnering with SMB Account Executives to drive outbound success.

The role requires 1+ years in a BDR-type position, German fluency, and a proactive, meticulous approach in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days remote, with health and equity benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a BDR role, ideally in a marketing technology company.
• Fluency in German, written and verbal.
• Drive for continuous improvement and rigour in how you pursue it.
• Thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-starting, and relentless — but always professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential companies who can benefit from the company's solution.
• Partner closely with SMB Account Executives to develop and execute prospecting strategies.
• Develop, test, and iterate messaging across channels, industries, and personas.
