Cpl Group in Dublin is seeking a German-speaking Outbound BDR to drive pipeline development in the DACH market. You will work with senior AEs to generate opportunities, qualify leads, and refine messaging in a structured SaaS environment.

The role offers a clear path into AE with strong coaching, a hybrid Dublin-based setup, and a competitive OTE package including base salary and commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a BDR/SDR (SaaS or MarTech preferred).
• Fluent German + English.
• Strong outbound mindset and resilience.
• Coachable, curious, and driven to progress into AE.
• Someone who wants more structure, learning, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential prospects across the DACH market
• Build pipeline through outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Qualify opportunities and pass them to Account Executives
• Personalise messaging and continuously test approaches
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly pipeline targets
• Collaborate closely with AEs on account strategy
