Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a Business Development Representative in Ireland to drive bookings for sales meetings and grow the recurring revenue by sourcing, qualifying, and developing the sales pipeline. As a new BDR, you will receive training and have opportunities for advancement.

You will engage with Startup and Enterprise teams, manage a high volume of inbound leads, conduct initial qualifications, and help optimize handoffs with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German.
• A-Levels or equivalent.
• B2B sales or financial operations experience.
• High energy, 'can-do' attitude.
• An inquisitive, questioning person.
• Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and documenting all activity in Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excitement about a fast-paced, challenging environment with a culture of winning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient lead routing and qualification strategies
• Analyse lead data to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and optimize the handoff processes
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads
• Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads
• Outbound against tiered list to generate high-intent opportunities with Startup and Enterprise teams
• Support the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives
• Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and resource allocation
• Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
