Job summary

Manor Farm in Shercock, County Cavan is seeking General Operatives for the MCPH Weekend Shift. This permanent, part-time role covers 16 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays, working within our main Cut Pack Hall production team to keep operations running safely and efficiently and to meet our high quality and food safety standards.

Reporting to the Supervisor and Shift Manager, you will operate equipment for cutting, packing, weighing and labelling, follow the daily plan, and work with the

• Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
• A good standard of English is essential, with clear communication and basic numeracy skills.
• A reliable team player who is punctual, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, use initiative and solve problems safely.

Are you ready to be part of the fast moving production team behind one of Ireland’s best known food brands?Manor Farm is looking for dependable, motivated General Operatives to join our Main Cut Pack Hall (MCPH) day shift.You will help keep production running safely and efficiently while ensuring every product meets our high quality and food safety standards.

The Role

Working as part of a supportive production team and reporting to the Supervisor and Shift Manager, you will operate in an assigned production line or area.Your focus will be on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
